The Kansas Football Coaches Association picked their All-State teams December 8th and 9th, including their Top 11. Kansas Pregame is providing capsules for each of Top 11 selections.

Kordan Harris, DB, 5-9, 170, St. Thomas Aquinas
St. Thomas Aquinas’ Kordan Harris was one of the state’s premiere lockdown corners this fall. After a breakout junior year, teams knew better than to throw Harris’ way his senior season.
Harris finished with 26 tackles, seven pass break ups and one interception this past season while typically tasked with guarding the opposing team’s best receiver, where he rarely disappointed. Harris earned All-State recognition from multiple media outlets and was chosen as one of four defensive backs on the All Simone First Team, honoring the top players in the KC Metro. He was also a key member on Aquinas’ 2018 undefeated state championship team.
Many people around the Aquinas program believe Harris, a two-time first-team All-Eastern Kansas League selection, has Division I potential. At 5-9, 170, Harris may be a bit undersized for the highest level of college football, but Division II schools certainly are not overlooking him. Harris currently has offers from Northwest Missouri State, Southwestern Oklahoma State and Missouri Western State. Harris also has received looks from Kansas, Iowa, North Dakota State, South Dakota, Southern Illinois and Illinois State, but as of Wednesday's National Signing Day he had yet to make a decision about his future.
St. Thomas Aquinas coach Randy Dreiling on Harris: “Kordan was the best technique corner I have ever coached. He loves the game and the challenge of covering the opponent's best player. Off the field he is a great kid. Came to work in the weight room everyday. We will miss him."
St. Thomas Aquinas defensive back coach Richard Davila on Harris: "Kordan wanted to prove to recruiters and those who said he was undersized that he can play. In doing so, he wanted to guard the best receiver of the opposing team week in and week out. He had to play a different position for some games but when guarding 4-6 first/second team WR opposing QBs were 5-21 with 65 yards and an interception. By far the best corner and most shutdown corner in the state!"
