Here’s our best guess at the winners of this week’s playoff games. Asterisks indicate the games we believe will be the closest, thinking a touchdown or less for the final margin. Good luck to all teams in their quest for a 2023 state championship!

My husband loves your children - truly loves them. He is with your children, arguably, more than you are during football season. He sees them at their best and worst. He supports them off and on the field, and provides them with unwavering support in all their endeavors.

Friday night left us with more questions than answers, which is the way it should be, parity is good for high school sports.

Because I publish a preview magazine the first thing I do as the scores start rolling in is evaluate my own predictions for each game. I generally think about games with the question, “What is the most unlikely scenario to happen?
