Rankings after Week 6

Don't look now, but only two weeks of the regular season remain and the playoff picture is starting to crystalize. Key games will impact seeding in the larger classes while district championships are on the line in the smaller classifications.

Our apologies for the delay in this week's rankings release, work on one of our flagship products, our annual Winter Edition previewing the upcoming basketball and wrestling season, was top priority. Now, here's a look at our take on the weekly football rankings with just a few brief notes.

Kansas XC coaches release second poll

 The second Kansas High School cross country poll for 2022 was released over the weekend. It does not include recent updates to the classifications. Kansas Cross Country Coaches' Association leadership plans to update the classifications in the next release.

The Kansas Volleyball Association determines ranking for each classification weekly throughout the season. Check out their third rankings release of the season below.
